My “currency” is challenge. I enjoy projects that most people would walk away from. My ability to walk into difficult situations, and quickly build allies is my strongest asset.

I have a passion for building long-term strategies, identifying strengths in other people, and identifying attention grabbers. This combination has helped me reinvent nonprofits to better serve the community, while moving towards self-sustained funding.

Although my experience is in nonprofit leadership, I run my nonprofits like businesses. I strive for continual improvement, which includes increased programming revenue, developing talented team members, and delivering value to stakeholders.
